5.4 Order despatch. Postage and packaging costs.
Items bought at COMODYNES.NET are sent via USPS and subject to the aforementioned delivery times, according to the destination.
To avoid delivery incidents (incorrect address, no one found at the address, etc.) it is essential to fill the form out correctly, and you must provide a telephone number and e-mail address.
The delivery times can be longer during certain times of the year, for example during the winter holidays. In which case, ZEPHYR PACIFIC LTD. must clearly and unambiguously inform the user of such delays before the User pays for the purchase order.

8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once the goods are received at our warehouse and we verify the aforementioned conditions are met, ZEPHYR PACIFIC LTD. will accept the return and proceed to issue a refund for the returned goods (less the cost of postage incurred upon sending the goods), in accordance with the method of payment used, and if applicable, despatch the new product. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
